Question: 367-1810
Do you think the oranges from which I took the seeds were bred so that they would not reproduce? This was in 1964 and 1982. MIkie, Planfield, CT

Mort's Answer:
It is more likely that the indoor temps are not low enough in the winter to producer flowers. Eden Bio produces a hormone stimulator that could help , if applied in the fall. I suspect that you will also need the lower temps. You may have had sterile seed. You will not know until you try lowering the temps or placinmg them in a cool location for the winter.
