Question: 905-1113
I have started jade cuttings without much success, Is there something that would increase my chances? Josh

Mort's Answer:
A coarse sand would be best to start the cuttings. Wet the sand for the first time. Mist every day but do not pour water on the plants thereafter. After they are rooted, place the rooted cuttings in separate clay pots with a soil mix of a third coarse sand and potting soil. Jade likes cool nights and hot sunny days. You can start plants in less than sunny locations but they need sun once they are growing.
