Question: 970-2813
Should I harvest the dill with the flowers? Diane, Auburn, NE

Mort's Answer:
Dill seeds are more potent than the leaves. Hang the plants upside down on strings or cloth ties in a cool dry place that is well ventilated. Seeds can be shaken off if they do not drop on paper on the floor. If you do not use the seeds, you do not need to dry the flowers.
